Custom homes come in any number of shapes and sizes.

In order to keep costs in line, we have developed several design options as starting points. There are basic floor plans, each with several options, according to the geography and orientation of the building site.

Our models range from 1-story 400 square feet [1 bedroom + 1 bathroom] to 2300 square feet [3 + 2.5] on two levels. A number of configurations allow for clients to make choices that meet their needs in a new home.
