Ricky Cappe founded SAK House in 1999 with a simple conviction: that everyday people, given the right knowledge and tools, can make a real and lasting difference in how we live on this planet.
With more than 25 years of hands-on experience in sustainable home assessment, land development, and owner-builder consulting, Ricky works directly with homeowners, DIYers, and families to close the gap between how they live and how they want to live.
