SUSTAINABILITY ANALYSIS
Consists of 3 to 4 hours of analyzing all rooms in the house, outdoors, as well as previous utility bills. After the site visit, a detailed report of findings is presented offering actionable solutions and options for change.
PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT
On-site consultation for land development, including accessibility, water, building siting, energy options, value added (i.e. timber, gravel, etc…). Usually requires half to full day on-site.
SAK HOUSE PACKAGE
Includes a complete set of building plans and elevations, a detailed construction timeline, material lists and recommendations, supplier contacts and our technical support throughout the process.
