SUSTAINABILITY ANALYSIS
A complete on-site evaluation of all rooms in your house, your outdoor property, as well as an historical look at resource usage (past bills). Following the site visit, a detailed report of findings is presented, offering actionable solutions and tangible options for change.
PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT
On-site consultation for land development, including accessibility, water, building siting, energy options, off-grid living, value added (i.e. timber, gravel, etc…). Usually requires half to full day on-site.
SAK HOUSE PACKAGE
Includes a complete set of building plans and elevations, a detailed construction timeline, material lists and recommendations, supplier contacts and our technical support throughout the process.
